Honey Hole Cannabis Co (“Honey Hole,” “we,” “us”) is a New Mexico-licensed wholesale cannabis cultivator. This site is intended for use by licensed cannabis dispensary buyers, regulators, and business partners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit honeyholecannabis.com, how we use it, and your rights.

1. 21+ Audience

This website is intended for adults 21 years of age and older. By using this site you affirm that you are 21+ and, if accessing on behalf of a licensed cannabis business, that you have authority to do so on behalf of that business.

2. Wholesale-only business

Honey Hole does not sell, deliver, or fulfill cannabis products to retail consumers through this website. We supply licensed New Mexico dispensaries on a wholesale basis only. We do not collect consumer purchase data, payment information, or identity documentation through this site.

3. Information we collect

  • Wholesale inquiry information: when you submit a wholesale inquiry, contact form, or COA request, we collect the business name, license number (if provided), buyer or purchasing contact name, business email, business phone, and any free-text notes you choose to include.
  • Server log information: like most websites our hosting provider automatically logs IP address, referring page, browser user-agent, and timestamps for security and rate-limiting purposes. These logs are retained for up to 90 days and are not used for advertising or profiling.
  • Analytics cookies: with your consent (via our cookie banner) we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages buyers visit. GA4 sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for up to 24 months. You can decline analytics cookies at any time through the cookie banner; the site remains fully functional without them.
  • No payment data: wholesale orders are invoiced offline. We do not collect or store credit card or banking information through this site.

4. How we use information

  • To respond to wholesale inquiries and fulfill business-to-business orders to licensed New Mexico dispensaries.
  • To send you the requested menu, COA, or pricing information.
  • To send occasional product updates to wholesale buyers who have transacted with us (you can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us — see Section 9).
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To comply with applicable cannabis regulatory requirements, including those of the New Mexico Cannabis Control Division.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, email) under a confidentiality obligation.
  • Government or regulatory authorities, including the New Mexico Cannabis Control Division and other lawful authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or regulatory inspection.
  • Business successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale involving Honey Hole, subject to a confidentiality obligation that requires the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses a cookie consent banner (WPConsent) to obtain your permission before loading non-essential cookies. Essential cookies (used for session management and security) are always enabled. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) load only after you accept. You can revoke consent at any time from the banner.

7. Retention

  • Wholesale inquiry submissions: retained for as long as we have an active business relationship plus 7 years for tax and regulatory recordkeeping, then deleted.
  • Server logs: 90 days.
  • Analytics data: per GA4 default settings (up to 24 months).

8. Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your information (subject to recordkeeping obligations imposed by cannabis regulators and tax law). To make a request, email us — see Section 9.
